Enjoy the delicious tastes of our Mediterranean cuisine. The Festival offers a variety of authentic foods and treats with love by our own Greek chefs from recipes passed through generations. Even if you can’t pronounce their names, you will enjoy one tasty sensation after another. “Kali Orexi” – Good Appetite!!!

ENTREES served with two side dishes (rice, green beans) and a roll.

Oven Roasted Lamb Shanks – seasoned with a blend of tomato sauce, herbs and spices for that unique flavor.

Pastitsio – a delicious combination of macaroni and ground beef blended with parmesan cheese and topped with a cream béchamel sauce.

Moussaka – alternating layers of sliced eggplant, sliced potatoes, ground beef and covered with béchamel sauce.

Athenian Chicken – a Greek tradition, marinated and baked with lemon, olive oil and oregano.

Shish Kabob – Greek Style marinated pork tenderloin with onions and green peppers, skewered and then grilled to perfection.

Spanakopita / Tyropita – spinach and cheese tucked in fillo and baked until golden crisp.
Small and Large Greek Salad – prepared the Greek way.
Sides – rice, green beans, small Greek salad.
Dolmathakia – marinated grapevine leaves wrapped around a mixture of rice, and special seasonings and steamed to perfection.


Pita Wraps – delicious gyro meat or marinated chicken grilled to perfection and served with tomatoes and onions and topped with tzatziki sauce on a warm pita.

You will find trays and trays of our famous walnut filled and syrup drenched pastries, melt-in-the- mouth cookies, delicious torts, and an assortment of honey-dipped pastries available for your tasting pleasure. Almond Crescents (Ergolavos) – Crescent shaped baked cookies made with almond paste, sugar and egg whites, topped with blanched almonds.
Baklava – Delicious layers of buttered Phyllo dough filled with a spicy nut filling and laced with honey syrup.
Coconut Macaroons, Plain and Chocolate Dipped -Taste the creamy soft coconut mixture in this melt in your mouth delicious delight.
Diples – Delicate-thin pastry rolls, fried crispy and dipped in a sweet honey, then topped with finely chopped nuts.
Galatoboureko – A luscious, cream filled dessert topped with layers of Phyllo pastry and drizzled with sweet syrup.
Kataifi – Shredded Phyllo dough wrapped around crushed walnuts and dipped in honey syrup, making this unique and delicious.
Kok – Honey flavored sponge cake with custard filling.
Koulouria, Sesame and Plain – Crispy butter cookies twisted and topped with toasted sesame seeds.
Kourabiedes – Our traditional wedding cookie. These confectionery dusted butter cookies will melt in your mouth.
Melomakarona – A rich, dark and intense orange spice cookie dipped in honey and topped with crushed walnuts.
Minnie Pasta – Elegant layered cake encased in a rich chocolate frosting
